Lincoln Hall, originally built in 1910 and a National Historic Landmark, underwent a comprehensive modernization, including façade restoration, structural upgrades, interior demolition, and fit-out. Augmented Construction initiated the project with Reality Capture and Scan to BIM services, verifying existing conditions and developing an accurate digital model. Early identification of discrepancies between design assumptions and field conditions enabled issues to be resolved before construction. Through Design Phase Coordination and Construction BIM Services, modern systems were integrated efficiently while preserving the building’s architectural integrity.
