Hoboken Connect is a large-scale adaptive reuse and mixed-use project centered on the historic Hoboken Ferry Terminal, blending residential, office, retail, and public infrastructure improvements. Augmented Construction applied Reality Capture to generate high-resolution documentation for restoration, progress tracking, and Scan to BIM modeling. These data sources informed Construction BIM Services, including 4D site logistics modeling, while ongoing Design Phase Coordination supported continuous digital collaboration throughout construction.
