The decommissioned St. Joseph’s Church is transformed into a 60,000-square-foot mixed-use building. Augmented Construction performed a Scan to BIM of the existing structure, developed a precise 3D model, led Design Phase Coordination to harmonize the new design with historic context, and provided Construction BIM Services for trade coordination and ongoing digital model support during installation.
