The Wagner Park Pavilion serves as a gateway to the park, framing panoramic views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and Lower Manhattan. The building features dual monumental staircases, a viewing platform, classrooms, a cafeteria, and a landscaped piazza within brick-red cast-concrete architecture. Augmented Construction provided Design Phase Coordination and Construction BIM Services to clarify complex geometry and establish a coordinated digital environment for all trades. By aligning building systems early in the BIM model, we reduced the risk of field conflicts and ensured seamless integration across the pavilion’s distinctive architectural form.
