This 78,000-square-foot adaptive reuse project converts an existing building into residential and commercial units. Augmented Construction performed a Scan to BIM to capture accurate existing conditions and led Design Phase Coordination to ensure building systems were coordinated, constructible, and minimized field conflicts.
