If certain design partners are working in 2D, we step in to develop accurate 3D models from their documentation so every discipline is fully represented. Once the federated model is assembled, we review it using both clash-detection software and a detailed manual “walk-through.” This hands-on review allows us to filter automated clash results, prioritize meaningful issues, and focus the team’s attention where it matters most.
We produce clear, organized coordination reports outlining clashes and key design concerns, then work directly with project stakeholders to facilitate resolution.
