For this affordable housing redevelopment, Augmented Construction laser-scanned the existing buildings and converted them into an accurate Scan to BIM model. Reality Capture, including aerial imaging and open-space walkthroughs, created a Facilities Digital Twin, enabling virtual site access and documenting systems and environmental context for future planning and design.
